Procedures: MOPs, SOPs and EOPs
Methods of procedure for planned work, and standard and emergency operating procedures for the events you hope never happen. Written clearly, reviewed with your team and ready to use. You receive a procedure set in your format, with review and walkthrough. Typical duration: 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how many procedures.
Operational assessments
A review of how your facility runs day to day: maintenance practice, change and incident management, staffing and training, documentation and risk. You receive a findings report with risks ranked by impact and effort, and a prioritized roadmap. Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks.
HVAC advisory
Review of cooling capacity, redundancy and operating practices against the load you run today and plan to run. You receive findings and a prioritized improvement plan. Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks.
Electrical advisory
Review of power distribution, protection and redundancy, with a focus on analysis, risk identification and recommendations. You receive a risk register and recommendations your engineers or contractors can act on. Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks.

Audits
